Manitoba Artists in Healthcare is delighted to have started their rural expansion of the Music to My Ears Program. Boundary Trails Health Centre began the program this August with Brandon Health Centre opening in November 2009.

Manitoba Artists in Healthcare Inc. (MAH) brings together healthcare and the arts to benefit the entire community. Rigorous research conducted over the past 20 years demonstrates that healing occurs best when the whole person—body, mind and spirit—is engaged.

Our programming promotes healing and preventative health for patients, staff, caregivers and families—in hospitals and other care facilities.

Our mission is to work collaboratively with healthcare communities and artists to create, promote and deliver programs and services that nurture and improve the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health of Manitobans.

Our vision is to improve individual and community health through engagement with the arts and artists using the universal language of art.
